When an insect gets in contact with the INSECT BODYGUARD technology they are killed. The INSECT BODYGUARD Dog Blanket is treated with the biocide Permithin, that contains an active substance that is based on a natural extract of chrysanthemums.

The substance is harmless to humans and animals but deadly for insects. When this active substance is added to the dog blanket it does not leach out.

Longevity: The effect of INSECT BODYGUARD will last up to 75 washes.

For optimal protection we recommend that you wash the INSECT BODYGUARD Dog Blanket regularly (because of dirt, dust and hair).
